SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Since these products are made to order, please allow 5-12 business days for product to be made and shipped. Times may be shortened depending on order demand. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
Black Dymond Apparel are NOT responsible for lost, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. We do deliver if we see the customer is within the area, but ONLY if you have received confirmation through us that we plan on doing so.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will gladly accept exchanges/refunds.
Refunds can be issued only up until 7 days of order.
Please Note:
That any order discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. Your packing slip is your proof of purchase and it must be presented for ALL discrepancies. This includes, missing and damaged items. You will need to upload a picture of the items received, the packing slip, and email those along with the issue you are seeking to get resolved to blkdymond0fficial@gmail.com.
